A turning point about the Inter coaching position has arrived. During today, according to the latest news reported by Sky, Inter have decided that they will no longer aim at Sinisa Mihajlovic, a choice came also because Fiorentina are willing to hold on to their coach. Fiorentina have indicated that they don't want Sinisa to leave so here comes the dramatic moment, another name has made tremendously leap to be the front runner for the Inter job and it is Andre Villas Boas. As reported by Gianluca di Marzio, Inter have already taken serious contacts with the emissaries in order for Villas Boas to arrive, who is already very familiar with the environment of Appiano Gentile thanks to his experience with Mourinho.
Of course, there will be problems, two to be exact. Those are his release clause and the impending arrival of Chelsea. Roman Abramovich is thinking the same that he wants Villas Boas to be on the bench of the Bluess and in the coming hours he will intensify contacts with Porto. Inter, according to Sky, are not giving up and already working to make this happen. In fact, Inter could ask Paris Saint Germain to help out in terms of the 15 million payment as compensation for the theft of Leonardo. This operation could take off soon but if AVB decided to go to Chelsea, Inter would be going straight for Guus Hiddink who has had numerous contacts with Abramovich.
The last alternative is Gian Piero Gasperini. After the no from Mihajlovic and if Villas Boas went to Chelsea and if Turkey decided not to release Guus Hiddink, then the deal will be ready to close.
