Chelsea To Offer 35 Million For Sneijder

Posted by SacT0wn on June 8, 2011 at 1:45 AM

ATTACK

Inter, for Sneijder, Chelsea are ready to offer 35 million.

The Dutch's agent will meet with technical director Branca.

New track for Palacio: Pandev to Genoa.

Milan - The operation for Wes is about to take off.  In a few days, some even say in hours, from London there will be an offer for Sneijder.  The British tabloids report that with the hiring of Guus Hiddink at Chelsea, consequently, there will be an assault on the trequartista of Inter: Wesley Sneijder.  A Dutchman is asking for another Dutchman, in short.  The Blues of London really want the genius of Utrecht after two years of adventure at Inter.

A tummy ache? Another aspect of the story is also confirmed.  Soren Lerby, the player's agent, and Inter technical director Marco Branca will meet today or tomorrow to see what direction to give to each other: for such a long time, there have always been rumors of a departure from Inter and Sneijder has serious followers in England such as Manchester United, Manchester City but especially Chelsea, a team that wants him to win in the Champions League.  The meeting in a few hours between Lerby and Branca will shed light on every aspect of this affair and above all the willingness, or otherwise, of Wesley Sneijder to remain at Inter.

35 to 40 million In this meeting, Inter will emphasize a dual concept: the first is the importance of Wes at Inter and the second is the ability to get him with a figure somewhere between 35 and 40 million euros.  Inter know that Sneijder is a winner and that his contract (extended a few months ago) expires in June of 2015 so it must know which and how concrete are the sirens from England which have been trying for Wes in a long time.

London Sneijder is enjoying the holidays with his wife Yolanthe in the United States and it is clear that his preferred, if he is sold, destination will be more London then Manchester United because Hiddink has the power to do so.  Do not exclude the possibility that Guus is not coming to Chelsea (which in England it's unlikely) because Guus has indicated the name of Wes.  The London club is ready to offer 30 million pounds, about 35 million euros.  The price is almost right.

Palacio reappears Let's revisit a track between Inter and Genoa a few days ago: the possibility of an exchange between Goran Pandev and Rodrigo Palacio is strong.  Palacio, an Argentina winger, was liked a summer ago.

There will be nobody that can play like Sneijder.. He's brilliant! Though Montolivo is also good, but I hope Wes will stay..

The thing is, who would we replace him with?, The only one i can think of is cesc and he seems like a very unsure bet. All we have heard from sneijder is that he wants to stay, and i hope to hell this is true. May the footballgods be with us on this! We need
someone to play to our attack. Something we dont have at the moment without wes. Buying sanchez or who ever would be useless without someone like him. Montolivo would be good, but he's no sneijder.

I agree. I don't wanna lose Wes. It annoys me that our stars become targets for other clubs and we just seem to let them go ! Let's not forget though, Real Madrid didn't want Wes and we got him in a very late deal. His loyalty could be questionable and it wouldn't surprise me the least if he leaves.

Seems pretty clear Wesley wants to leave this summer. If that is indeed the case, then Chelsea are definitely one of the clubs you want bidding for him. Get ManCity involved in the bidding and I'm sure his price can get to 45m. That can buy a lot of cover.

If anyone wants to keep Inter a top club, Sneijder has to stay. What's the use getting 35 mil for a player which you cannot replace.

I don't think Sneijder wants to leave. As a matter of fact, he has always said that he is happy at Inter. The main reason, I think, is because everyone has a price and with a 40 million plus offer, Inter would have to seriously consider it.

Oh, god. We need Sneijder. This is going to be a hard summer. The current Inter squad, is the squad I fell in love with, and to se wes go and probably Maicon, is going to be hard. And on top of that, tha betting scandal? Man, this is no fun.

if udinese reject 35 million pounds for sanchez,,, it means sneijder is worth around 50 million pounds

I doubt that Udinese rejected a 40 million euros offer for him...
