Moratti: Man With A Plan

CLAMOROUS: MORATTI IN AMBUSH

Guardiola at Inter can happen.

If the technician leaves Barca and there is a plan to bring him to Inter.

Everybody likes him and he is supported by Eto'o and Baggio.

With him, attack Fabregas and Sanchez.

INTER: THERE'S A PLAN FOR GUARDIOLA

If he leaves Barca, then Moratti is ready.

Pep's desire to change, among his sponsors are Baggio and Eto'o.

And Leonardo can become a manager.

A WINNER:

2007: His first coaching experience with Barcelona B in fourth division.

2008: Brought Barcelona B to third division.  He was then called to replace Rijkaard as coach of Barca.

2009: He won everything right away: Liga, Copa del Rey, Spanish Super Cup, Champions League, European Super Cup, FIFA World Cup.

2010: Won Liga once again and the Spanish Super Cup.

2011: First in the standings with eight points over Real Marid with 4 matches left.  A finalist in the Champions League.

Milan - The rumors between Spain and Italy about a possibility of Guardiola coming to Inter is more and more insistent.  Not in 2012, but as long assumed, as early as June.  Especially if the technician were to win the Champions League again, but this is not a the sole reason.  Perhaps he wants to look elsewhere for new challenges after collecting so much joy with Barcelona.  If anything, Guardiola has always been thinking to experience Italy as a coach.

Preparing farewell A farewell, sometimes, is prepared slowly.  Sentence after sentence.  Starting at the beginning of April in front of microphones of Rai: "I think that my time is ending here: you can not drive the same team for too long, because the players get tired of the coaches and vice versa."  But on Tuesday evening after Barca-Real, the Spanish seemed more likely to leave early, between melancholy and reality: "In my career, it will be hard to find another team like this.  I am grateful for these players forever."

Why yes Guardiola is tied with Barcelona until 2012 (we are talking about a contract worth 5.5 million a season), just like Leonardo at Inter; it is also true that contracts often have clauses that allow everybody a way to disengage; the renewal that Guardiola signed last March has temporarily turned off speculations and voices about him leaving Barca but it never shuts it down completely; just like the statements made by Moratti which ultimately have temporarily given certainty to the future of Leonardo as Inter coach.

Also with Leonardo The trust of Moratti for the Brazilian is unchanged and it is true that perhaps something, after that "bloody week", has been dented in terms of President-coach-players trust; although at Inter, there is not total unanimity on the desire of continuing with him as coach next season; it is also true that the feeling between Moratti and Leonardo is still strong and together they can give the relationship a different aspect.  In other words: Leonardo is still reliable candidate to sit on the Inter bench, but with Guardiola available, things could change.

Eto'o as sponsor In the dressing room of Inter, there is a fantastic sponsor for Guardiola, and that is Eto'o given his "weight" in the group.  Many believe him to be the "enemy" after the separation of Pep in the summer of 2009, but in reality the esteem and friendship between the two have endured some friction.  A year ago, on a question regarding Mourinho's replacement, Eto'o said: "If Moratti asked me, I would say Guardiola because he is one of the best in the world and I would take him to Milan because he would do well here."  And in January on Chiambretti Night, Eto'o said: "Guardiola is better than Mourinho at tactical level."

Other clues Recently, Luis Suarez, who is very close to Inter and Barcelona revealed: "Guardiola told me that if Moratti calls him, he wouldn't say no to come to Inter."  And do not underestimate the strong relationship between Guardiola and Baggio.  Roberto Baggio seems ready to bid farewell to the FIGC and more than once he's been preached to play a management role at Inter.  Tuesday evening, after Barca-Real, Pep said: "I know Robi was rooting for us, I hope I can embrace him soon," but a hug can take place perhaps at Inter.

Why not Obstacles?  The strong bond of Guardiola with the club, the players, city, country and overall the philosophy of Barca are indisputable.  But you can not say the same of that with Rosell.  Recently, when he said "we will win the Copa del Rey over Madrid 5-0 so we don't lose the habit," a cold sweat came for Pep, because he felt pressure too much on him and then he mounted an overflowing anger so much so that the two had to sit down to have a long and much needed conversation to clarify the situation.

PEP TEAM

Has decided to attack Fabregas.  Yes to Sanchez.

The Spanish as king for the midfield.  The dreams of Guardiola at Inter can make Sneijder in balance.

Milan - This will not be easy for Inter, that is for sure.  But with Guardiola, things are certainly a bit easier.  So here is the conviction of Guardiola: Dear Cesc, let's have another experience abroad, this time with me, but no more Arsenal but at Inter.  Because one thing is certain: with the arrival of Pep, Inter would be an absolute magnet to attract star players from everywhere.  First is Cesc, who has criticized Wenger and hinted that he could leave England for only Barca but you know, saying no to Pep and Moratti would be very tough.

Cloning The revolution of Pep starts with the formation: 4-3-3, for such formation to be successful, brains and executions are needed.  "I will never have a team like that," said Guardiola referring to his current Barcelona with Xavi, Iniesta, Busquets because they are the fulcrum of everything and everything unrepeatable.  But it is the department to start.  Precisely for this season, Fabregas will become the top class player on Inter plan to have a midfield of quality, versatility, and elasticity.  It is no coincidence that Branca and Ausilio are thinking of another similar player in Modric whose value will be expensive and for Tottenham, he is untouchable.  Also watch out for another Spurs player in Sandro as well as Parolo.

Assault In the case of 4-3-3, Alexis Sanchez would be perfect in the plans of Guardiola.  Not long ago, he was rumored to be going to Barcelona but this time, he probably will go to Inter.  The employment of Pep would end any possibility of theft from City.  Moratti addresses immediately the final assault on Sanchez.  In defense, the ideas of Kolarov and Criscito remain.

Dutchman... leaving?  Now the question is: how can Inter, economically, achieve these moves (No less than 35 million for Fabregas with at least 6 million per season)?  Perhaps the sales of Milito and Maicon but what about Sneijder?  Because in a 4-3-3, he would not do well so the sirens of Manchester United and Chelsea will continue.

me says...
@Marc: I agree with all of your issues, but I have to say something about the expression "defensive minded guy like Mourinho".
When I look at the statistics of the seasons 08/09 and 09/10, I can see that Inter has the most goals in the Serie A. I watched almost every Serie A-game in 09/10 and I saw Inter playing offensivly almost all the time... For sure they played really defensively at the CL-Final rounds, but that's the reason why I would rather see a tactician at Inter. Because someone like Mourinho knows how to play against teams, he has got tactics for almost every opponent... We all should know that it is nearly impossible to play offensivly against teams like Chelsea and Barca...
And if we want to build on offensive football, then I am for keeping Leonardo as coach.
It sounds absurd, but let's face the facts:
1. Benitez couldn't motivate the players, so they didn't play that good.
2. There were times, where almost the whole starting eleven from last year was hurt, even Pupi.
3. Leonardo made the best start in the history of Serie A.
4. We were like hoping to play Europe League at ~January, February, and suddenly we were talking about winning the Serie A and the Champions League.
5. Leo is a great talent scout and has many connections in South America. Although he doesn't give Coutinho, Obi, Mariga as much playing time as they deserve, I am sure that he will be able to adapt those players to the team.
6. Samuel is missing, what is the main reason that we suck big time in the defence.
That's my oppinion, Leo maybe sucks on big games, but he learns fast... give him a bit of time, and everybody will love him.

@Me
I do agree with you plus I would ask Moratti to give as much money as we have learnt he would give Pep if he come (of course with the guid of Branca)
What we really do need next season is a players (midfilders) who can hold balls, run fast, shoot accurace and assist much.
Forza Leo Forza Nerazurri.

Fabregas + Modric + Sanchez = 100M at least - Did Inter hit the lotto lately or did Moratti plant some money trees behind the San Siro??? Stankovic over Cambiasso/Motta???

Why anyone would want a defensive minded guy like Mourinho instead of Guardiola is beyond my comprehension level. Some of the issues with this are:
1. Guardiola knows the Barca system inside and out. He definitely will not be able to play the Barca system at Inter immediately because the squad is old and not used to playing the way Barca do.
2. Guardiola just signed a contract extension at Barca 2 months ago to cover next year, so I don't think it will happen for the coming season. But I could see this move happen in the next 2-3 years. Pep (like most Barca fans) can't stand the new President, so Ieaving isn't out of the question for him.
3. Guardiola would be silly to implement the same system at Inter than he has at Barca simply because most of the squad at Barca have been taught this system since they were 12 years old. It's not something you can simply start to do because the manager comes over.
4. I hope Moratti is ready to spend some big money this summer.

The only thing I would be happy for, is the fact, that nobody is better in integrating youth and young players in the first squad than Joseph Guardiola. That means that we would see players like Coutinho, Obi, Mariga, Alibec, Destro, Santon, Biraghi, Faraoni, Natalino, Crisetig, Dell Agnello, Alibec, etc. play by far more often on the field. That would be really great. Now come the big BUTs:
Usually, Guardiola plays very offensive with his team, so what will be, if he doesn't get Fabregas, Sanchez and Modric? Is he able to play that offensive with the current squad, and if not, is he able to find the right tactic for Inter like Mou did? What would he do with Eto'o? Do you remember who insisted to see Ibra at Barcelona?? I think that players like Motta, Eto'o, Pazzini, Maicon, etc. wouldn't play a big role in Guardiola's team, because none of them, unless Eto'o, can play good passes, like we know it from the Barca players... I think a team under Guardiola would be optimal like this: Cesar - Santon - Lucio - Samuel - Nagatomo - Fabregas - Cambiasso - Sneijder - Sanchez - Rossi - Eto'o (I would rather say Nani, because I know, that Eto'o would not play anymore if Guardiola came to Inter.)
That's really a big team with ability to reach at least the semifinals at CL, but let's think of the Serie A: You remember the return leg Barca-Inter? I think that would be the kind of playing football by almost every team against us... and the better ones will play with counterattacks, and could possibly break the walls... as you know Italy is the league of the best tacticians, and I didn't really see Guardiola making tactics till now...
What I want to say: I would be satisfied, if Guardiola came to Inter, but I think that we need a proved tactician, someone like Mourinho... My first choice would be Andre Villas Boas.

This would be a dream come true. Come on Moratti, pounce on Guardiola and we have a winner next year in Serie A.
