Sanchez The Highest Rated Player Of The Season

Inter did not win the league but there are Inter players in the ranking for the best players of the season.  The Nerazzurri, in fact, place two players in the top three.  Inter main objective, Alexis Sanchez, has the highest averaged rating by the Gazzetta dello Sport.  Behind him are Julio Cesar and Samuel Eto'o.  Here is the top ten:


Alexis Sanchez: 6.73 (31 games)

Julio Cesar: 6.54 (25)

Samuel Eto'o: 6.49 (35)

Edinson Cavani: 6.47 (35)

Sebastian Giovinco: 6:43 (30)

Antonio Di Natale: 6.42 (36)

Ezequiel Lavezzi: 6.4 (31)

Marco Storari: 6.39 (23)

Matteo Sereni: 6.39 (15)

Zlatan Ibrahimovic: 6.36 (29)

Is this a joke? How is Julio Cesar the second ranked player? That's impossible.

In the treble season, he was awesome but clearly this season he wasn't nearly as strong or consistent Eto'o was far better for Inter this season.

Oh and how funny is it that Giovinco is considered the fifth best player in Serie A? Those Juve turds must be feeling good about their decision to let him go.
