Serie A: Milan 3-0 Inter

Posted on April 2, 2011 at 4:34 PM

vs.

Two good things about this game are that one thanks to Julio Cesar or this could have been 6-0.  And the other is Milito is back.

The rest should be ashamed of themselves.  They spent more time complaining to the ref than the times they touches the ball.

FORZA INTER

Guys calm down. There is a chance that FCInter might be the most pessimistic Inter fan on the planet so... :)

i think is all about fitness. Inter looks very tired in this game, some player just come to appiano gentile about 2 or 3 days before this game. the Argentinian looks like got jetleg after international game in united states, while the other like ranocchia and chivu doesnt look so fresh to start the game. and pato very early goal is another problems. milan look very fresh in this game. well, i dont wanna make any excuses, but i think thats was the problem for inter last night

You know what I hate even more than BBilan and JuBe fans? BBilan and JuBe fans who don't have the balls to say who they really are instead of having a disguise as Inter fans.

We lost the battle in midfield! Milan dominated the midfield with v.bommel, gattuso, seedorf, boateng. Where we only fielded Motta and a soon to be done cambiasso, Sneijder and Pandev(i hope he gets injured for life) didn't even bother coming down to help in the midfield battle.

But don't worry. Milan won't win anything this year just as last year. Now get back to Rossonerri's playground and troll as you much as you want there, but don't come back here. I know you are Milanista. I just know it.

It is true though. Everything I said is true.

It may be tough to swallow, but you must. We lost, we are 2nd, and likely 3rd and only 1pts ahead of 4th after tomorrow.
Now we have UCL games, which lead to teams dropping more points, and we will most likely have at least 4 more UCL games. I can see us finishing as low as 3rd or 4th.

I can`t agree more with kolpebo...Personally, I don`t think that squad was/is (major) problem...I see Leo`s prints all over last night debacle...Guys, come on, we were overrun, overplayed, outsmarted from midfield consisted of Gattuso, Van Bommel and Seedorf...All together, they are older than our entire squad...van Bommel hit the post, Gatusso had two killer passes that split our defence (did I mention his contribution in first goal), Seedorf found Abate for second, and not to mention that beside that, which sounds like Sci Fi, they destroyed Motta/Cambiasso/Sneijder trio...Why, why Leo did`t do his homework...They got us with counter attack that usually involved three touches: somebody steal the ball, gave it to midfielder, he is running toward our goal, our defender wants to go on him, he does that, their defender gives simple pass to Pato or Robinho, which by the time is in between our defense, and we have goal scoring opportunity...Even child could prevent that...Wasn`t Leo watching Palermo -Milan???? Milan cant attack from wide position`s with crosses, because there is no Ibra to jump, so what they did, only thing they could, crowded their box, and let pato and robinho float around, went through the middle and just let us be stupid, like we were in Bayern`s game most of the time, Juve game, and many times in games that we won...I can`t believe this game...we are by far better team, but Allegri "outsmarted" us, by just playing most cowardly tactics...Mourinho would massacred them last night...He never played with three forwards...NEVER...He played with one forward, and two players that were forwards at the time, when we got the ball, but were also midfielders or full backs when we needed to defend...I don`t know...sorry for this long post, but I cant digest last night debacle...it was disgrace...we did not let them space, we just never think of thing called "space"...Stankovic would solve all kinds of problems last night for us...but its ok...positive thing is that I hope that Leo now will learn something, because now in addition to humiliating defeat (he experienced that before) he had all that chants against him, so something might stick with him, and motivate him to go and learn something...

WHY does Leo insist on playing three forwards in a game like this? Especially when one of them has to be Goran Pandev! If he had played Deki (or even Kharja for that matter) on the midfield instead of Pandev we would have seen a very different game yesterday.
With this formation we basically have four players that don't contribute defensively at all. Even a man with Leo's very limited tactical skills should understand that this won't work when our defence sucks as much as it has lately and our best defender is out.

Hey, get away. You Milan Spy. Yes we did really bad today. But you don't have to denigrate us that way.

And how many calls have went our way this year, dozens.

Not to mention that obvious hand ball call on Maicon. We were lucky to not be down more. Milan are better than us and I think Napoli and Udinese are too.

I totally agree SacTown, this could easily have been 6-0. Inter were completely manhandled and were beaten to every ball. That's shameful for the derby. Got to give credit to Milan but one thing is clear to me, Moratti and Branca need to rejuvinate the squad. The team looked old today.

Agreed 100% I also wouldn't be opposed to Cashing in on Sneijder(rumored that United would bid 45 mil ) and bringing in Fabregas or Sahin. I know fabregas would cost as much as we sell for but he operates a little further back and has better defensive qualities then Wes, could add some solidity to out mf, which gets stretched too much.

I can't think of any LB that recently has been linked to us. Maybe Concentrao or whatever his name is. But we will get Santon back. Nagatomo is a decent sub.

I don't even care about Ganso that much. If we got him, great. If not, we have more important needs.
