Three-Match Ban For Mou, Two for Muntari And Cambiasso

Posted by anonymous on February 22, 2010 at 12:24 PM

Also a fine for the Portuguese coach and Oriali.  Samuel and Corodba with one-match ban.

Now, here we are at the usual stuff: yet another fine for Jose Mourinho, with supplemental three-match suspension for the behavior shown by the Portuguese coach in Inter-Sampdoria.  In addition, for the events that occurred in the locker room, Esteban Cambiasso ("for trying to hit an opponent with a fist") and Sulley Muntari (for his behavior in the locker room), were punished with two-match bans.  For the two with the red card, Walter Samuel and Ivan Cordoba received only one-match ban.

This, in detail, is the reason of disqualification of the Portugese technician.  "To have, during the game, repeatedly challenged the referee with his attitudes, especially by mimicking at the 35th minute in the first half and 10th in the second half, "handcuffs", with the wrists crossed and arms facing the public and into the cameras present on the sideline.  Also, he turned to the referee and his assistants with some insulting words in the tunnel."  The decision was announced and it will surely lead to a sharp reaction from the club of Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

==========

I can't wait to see Mou leaves Italy this summer so Serie A can become more irrelevant. These fuckers in the press and FIGC ain't gonna have something to talk about.

Oh by the way, Eto'o was fined for the dive in that game.  I'm still waiting for the same for Del Piero with his two dives that lead to two penalties against Lazio and Genoa which resulted 4 points instead of just 1.  I'm still waiting....

The good old days are back in Seire A.

might as well bomb chelsea with an all out attack.. definitely wont be expecting that and what do we have to lose.. we always get knocked out in the round of 16 anyways

We have been very conservative in the CL recently (hence 0 goals in CL the last 2-3 years). But I'm all for the Pandev-Milito-Eto'o trio with Sneijder supporting.

Forza Inter.

true, i just think that the clear weak spot in that team is motta.. but on his day he can be a phenomenal player, especially when bringing the ball foward.. its just a matter of wether or not he shows up to play. Best case scenario would be in zanetti filled in next to cambiasso, they could hold down the midfield fine and do a damn good job and protecting the back line, but that unfortunately leaves us pretty exposed at LB, chivu being out and santon is being too wishy washy for my liking this season. im sure if anyone knows how to line us up against chelsea its jose though.. i have faith :)

I'm also a fan of the 4222/433/4231 The key is having 2 holding players perfrom at the top level. For that I would go with Motta and Cambiasso. Muntari gives away far too many unnecessary fouls for my liking.

JC
Maicon Lucio Samuel Zanetti
Cuchu Motta
Sneijder
Pandev Milito Eto'o

exactly, and even though i highly doubt jose would ever do it, something along the lines of a 4-2-2-2 would be awesome

----------JC-----------
Maicon---Lucio----Samuel---Zanetti
-----------------------------------------------
---Cambiasso----Deki/Muntari/Motta
-----------------------------------------------
-----Sneijder------------Pandev--------
-----------------------------------------------
-----------Eto'o-------Milito---------------
Obv pandev with more attacking responsibility than sneijder, but pandev can definitly play as a second striker and do well.. and that second defensive midfielder could be any of those three IMO..even though im not too fond of muntari against chelsea, hes always a good physical presence but will offer nothing to us offensively, which is why i'd say its a safe bet to play deki because we really need some goals at the san siro.

I just can't see Jose dropping Eto'o for such a massive clash. In my ideal world Pandev, Milito and Eto'o would all start in a brutal all out attacking formation. Pandev will prob sub on for eto'o or mlito, whoever is having the worst game or looks most tired.

N.E.R.D., you think Eto'o will get the start? Hasn't been on form really since coming back from the ANC and based on his substitutions during the sampdoria game (while probably not the most ideal substitutes due to the sending offs) the two starters would be Pandev and Militio, and they have been working very well together since the break. Either way I agree Eto'o has the European pedigree, something that most of our team lacks currently, and he should be given and chance to stick it to chelsea.

Eto'o is playing a whole diff style of football then he has been used to for years. He's also been carrying niggling injuries throughout the season. However he's a man for the big occasion, he's scored in 2 cl finals. If anyone is gonna deliver us in Europe it's Samuel Eto'o.

NE, I agree.

IMO, Eto'o has been quiet average this season thus far. He needs to produce more in CL.

Hope the boys channel this anger and use it to destroy Chelsea, especially Eto'o. I've got a feeling he is gonna have a hell of a game Wednesday.

Oh and by the way, we're facing Chelsea on Weds.

These kind of distractions certainly won't help but hopefully we can use our anger to get a win.

N.E.R.D. says...
The league is a FUCKING joke.

Ban Muntari, where was Totti's ban when he told the ref to "go fuck yourself"??

Fine Eto'o for "diving)? Where's Del Piero's fine for two dives that lead to earned points this month?

A 3 match ban for Mourinho for an un-offensive gesture?

SacTown, you are 100% right, the old days are back. The only way they can stop this Inter is through their unjust policies. Fuck them all!

Don't forget that Maicon got 2-match ban for saying "fuck off" to the ref and it was a different story to Melo.

The first three Serie A games for Zac (1-1 Lazio, 1-1 Livorno and 3-2 Genoa) all had something to do with the refs. Geez... So they got 5 points instead of 1 because of the refs.

This is the list of the refs' errors in favour of Juve. It's in Italian but enjoy.

2009/2010: FAVORI ARBITRALI CONCESSI ALLA JUVENTUS

1° giornata
Juventus ?

FIGC is trying to stop Inter from getting the trophy. Well I'm not shocked if they place another absent-minded referee in Udinese match.

I agree on the Eto'o thing SacTown. I don't think he dove. There is such a thing as fallng on contact, even if the contact isn't enough to give a PK. And the Del Piero shit is spot on. Juve have been rescued twice this year on illegitimate PK's to save a match.
