The talented Dutchman is ready to sign a new contract until 2015 with an increased salary of 6 million.
Here we are. Very little is missing and the solution will come as all have expected. Wesley Sneijder, one of the leaders on the field for Inter, will swear eternal love to the team that revived him by signing a contract until 2015 with a salary of 6 million. The chaos unleashed by the media which reported heavy words from his agent Soren Lerby are indented. The former Real Madrid player, as he has repeated over and over that he is very well staying in Milan and he is very happy professional and personally. Sneijder is currently with the Dutch national team who on Friday will play against Moldova and has a few words on the situation: "I am convinced that soon, within two weeks, we will close the issues and renew. I will be at Inter until 2015. The last time we discussed this I was promised a few things and now everything is fine. Other clubs are interested in me but I want to stay in Milan and with Inter, a great club."
The next thing is about his salary. Sneijder is currently making 4 million per season and is discussing a new contract at 6 million, including bonuses tied to the performances of the team and personal level.
Milan is his home. Inter, like his second wife, are in a marriage destined to last until at least 2015 when he will be 31 years old and will be confirmed as one of the best of his generation in the Nerazzurri shirt.
